Brandon - Tampa Singles Group Information
Many Brandon - Tampa Singles Group members never thought they would "wind up" in a singles group!
Most of us were in marriages, or long term relationships that we thought would never end.
But things sometime happen to us that we can't control, and we suddenly found ourselves single, and alone.
Many of our friends were couples, and we found ourselves "odd man out".
We felt out of place being single in the company of couples.
Lonely, and without friends, some of us withdrew, choosing to instead immerse ourselves in our jobs, children, etc.
Some of us tried the Tampa singles bars, church singles groups, speed dating services, and even internet dating.
Many of us were still lonely after trying some, and even all of the above.
What we really needed we decided, were some single friends.
But, how do we meet them, since we had little luck in the past ?
Here is some information about us.
We are all volunteer's, and many events are sponsored by a Brandon or Tamps Singles Group member.
Here is the way it works.
Let's say that you enjoy shopping at a Flea market, or yard sale ?
Or, you like to go Bowling, or play Golf ?
Maybe you take Country Line Dance or Ballroom Dancing lessons ?
Perhaps you like to go boating, or to the beach ?
Whatever it is that you like to do, it can easily become a group event.
Once you join Brandon Singles Group. you will have access to our online calendar.
You simply place your event on the calendar, along with your contact information, and those members interested in going will contact you.
For instance, you may wish to go on a singles cruise boat, and need to know, in advance, how many plan to attend to get a group rate ?
You simply place the event on our singles calendar, then post your event on our message board.
You will even have the ability to create a poll to ask if anyone is interested in attending, so you can reserve space in advance on the singles cruise!
Life in Brandon Singles is fun, and it's absolutely free too.
We used to charge membership due's back in the "old day's".
That was back when we mailed out monthly Calendar's, and needed money for postage, paper, envelopes, and printing costs, etc.
When we went online, it eliminated most of the need for money.
Besides, any of you who have gone through a divorce know that money is the number one thing people fight over!
We eliminated the money, and eliminated the bickering over how to spend it, etc.
Besides, what price can you put on fun ?
We do have 100% voluntary 50/50 raffles, just to raise money for name tags, etc.
But participation is not required.
We meet on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 6 to 8 pm at The Smokehouse 9847 E. Adamo Dr {Hwy 60} right behind the Harley Davidson dealer in Tampa.
